  • Regular monthly meetings
  • Weekly meetings 30 days prior to the event
  • Rehearsal dinner assistance
Event
  • Conduct ceremony rehearsal
  • Assigned 1 assistant and 1 event manager during set up
  • Full set up of all décor, floral and other elements
  • Execution and solve on the spot issues that may arise the day of  
  • Take down of all décor and floral at the end of the night/or next day
